1. Warranty period is ONE year from the date of collection or delivery.
2. Warranty service DOES NOT cover consumable parts in normal operation.
3. Warranty service DOES NOT apply to flow restriction or blockage due to water quality or dirt.
4. Warranty service DOES NOT apply to, in Raku limited’s judgment, power failure, misuse, neglect, alternation, improper operation, improper maintenance and non-periodic cleaning.
5. Up to 3 on-site service calls is provided for free. Additional on-site service call is subject to service charge.
6. Unlimited free return-to-depot service within warranty period.
7. Raku Limited warrants that machine is commercially free of defects in material and workmanship on machine within warranty period.
8. Raku limited is responsible to offer service and replacement parts to restore machine original specification within warranty period.
